How we handle your information. Last updated October 25, 2026.

Who we are

Bublio Labs is a software studio founded in 2026 and based in Quezon City, Philippines. We work remotely. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Bublio Labs. We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.

What this website collects

Very little, on purpose.

  • No cookies or tracking. This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
  • The cost estimate stays in your browser. Your choices on the estimate page are calculated on your own device. Nothing you pick is sent to us unless you choose to email it.
  • Basic server logs. Like any website, our hosting provider may automatically record technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. These are used to keep the site running and secure.

Information you send us

When you email us at [email protected], we receive whatever you choose to include, such as your name, email address, organisation and project details. We use it only to reply to you, prepare estimates and proposals, and deliver any project we agree on.

How we protect it

We keep your information in secure, access-controlled accounts and limit access to the people who need it to work on your enquiry or project. This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with service providers we rely on to run our business, such as email and hosting, and only as far as they need it to provide their service. We may also disclose it when the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete it securely.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:

  • be informed about how your personal information is processed
  • access the personal information we hold about you
  • object to its processing
  • have it corrected if it is inaccurate
  • have it erased or blocked
  • receive a copy of it in a commonly used format
  • be compensated for damages caused by unlawful processing
  • file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission

To use any of these rights, email us at [email protected].
